Do I need to adjust the springs?

I just bought my 2619 Trailmanor. LOVE IT! But, I am a girl! I have a really hard time opening up the front half of the camper. I have NO problem on the back half. Co-Workers told me that maybe I need to adjust the tension on the springs in the front. I'm pretty handy--I could probably do this myself. Is there anyone that can offer advise? Maybe a picture of where they are? Thanks!

Before you start adjusting anything is the TM sitting level? If one end is lower than the other the low end will be harder to raise.

In addition, there is a sometimes-helpful trick, based on Digger's comment. When it is time to open the front shell, lower the tongue of the trailer a couple inches below level. The shell will open more easily because it is moving "downhill". Variants of the same trick, of course, work for opening/closing both the front and rear shells.
