Default 2518?

Didnt know this size even existed. Looking at 2000 which appears to be in fairly good condition.....

Walls seem sturdy? Is there wood in there for this year?

Cosmetic things like redoing carpet/ curtains, etc seem pretty simple. New toilet and replacing interior wall fairly easy?

Seems the current owner popped the front corner seam putting it down incorrectly. Gap seems to have been filled and sealed okay. Cosmetically it's not the greatest though. Possible to rivet piece of metal over it?

Help if you can!!!

seen a 2518 last week looking around on the web, mybe the same one, and yes some wood in it, how much i do not know, it was less and less every yr.
if it opens and closes well, and walls are solid, looks to be a good buy, but be your own judge, and you said toilet? is it gone,?

Toilet still there. Just looks beaten up a bit. A new throne would be good

You're probably ok, but if you can see inside that popped seam...try to peak inside and see if there's any chance it popped due to swelling from rotted wood.

We ended up with an old HiLo that was suitable for the junkyard due to dry rot that became obvious only
AFTER we had it for a few months, so I'm pretty sensitive to that problem
