Default How to open ceiling lights

Need to replace a couple of bulbs. How do you remove the frame around the lights. They fit tight to the ceiling and there is a button that you must push on to turn it on or off. There isn’t a screw holding the farm on. Help.

Can you post a picture, please. I'm not sure which of the ceiling lights you're referring to.

TM has used a number of interior light fixtures over the years, and most of them have pop-out lenses rather than screws. With some, you can just squeeze the edges of the lens with your fingers, which will release the snap. If you are asking about the lights shaped like a racetrack - black rim around a white lens - just slip a knife blade between the rim and lens, and pry gently. The lens will drop out.

Default How about the porch light?

Along the same lines, My porch light is dead. Don't know if it's the bulb or the switch - want to start with the bulb! Before I break the lens trying to get it out...
There is a small "notch" at the bottom of the frame that I suspect will release a snap on the bottom of the lens - use a small screwdriver to push it in? 15 year old plastic - don't think it would take a lot to break it.

Sorry, not my light. But it looks kinda like this one, from Tractor Supply. I'm thinking that the retainer tabs seem to be on the top of the lens, and the release on the bottom of the lens above the switch? Start by pressing the center of the bottom upward with just your thumb - less likely to break something.

Amazon has the second one, very similar called Leisure LED RV Exterior Porch Utility Light with Switch.

I would push the screwdriver UP, rather than IN.

That sure looks like it Bill. I'll check it out and see if they tell you how to pop it open. The lens on mine is pretty stiff, and it wouldn't squeeze and open with finger/thumb pressure - not mine anyway!
