The kit contains the piece of wood that screws down to the lower partition between the kitchen and bathroom, the hinge and the plastic slide. It even contains the wood screws. Installing it was easy and only took about 15-20 minutes.

Default Bathroom slide

I replaced the slide with a steel ball bearing 18" draw slide. It is the same length as the plastic slide. I used a Liberty #D80618C-ZP-W from Home Depot. They come in a set of two per package.

....which is right here: http://www.homedepot.com/buy/tools-h...l#.UBFkO6OWjz0 and here:

What a great idea. One for the bathroom wall and the other for the wardrobe!

I completed this modification and it is a serious upgrade (if you overload the wardrobe with heavy hunting attire), however; I could not ascertain a method for the bathroom wall.

1. The slide length necessary is much shorter than the wardrobe.

2. The hinge is riveted to allow the bathroom wall to lay completely flat not less than 90 degrees like the wardrobe.

Hint, extend the track all the way to clear the counter with the wardrobe and remove the stop on the back of the track to allow the wardrobe to completely sit on the counter.

I also added three additional long screws into the wood and wall, will know how well it travels loaded next month.

Does the replacement kit come with good detailed instructions? How hard its it to replace? Any tips if you have done this. Thanks!

This is the route I was thinking of going.

Understand the slide but what about the hinge. That's what is broken on mine.

Default Hinge

The hinge is available at Home Depot or Lowes. Look for a piano hinge the same the same size.
