Possibly buying a 2009 2619

Hi, my husband and i are possibly buying a 2009 2619 TM this weekend we are driving 1000 miles to the dealer. Its a really good deal and we're afraid its too good to be true its forsale by a dealer for 13,900 the story behind it supposedly is that a couple bought it took it home realized it was smaller than what they wanted so they came back and traded it in on a larger unit that they could keep at a lake throughout the summer. So according to the dealer its never been camped in . So i was wondering if anyone could give us some tips on what we should check out or really pay attention to when we go to see it this weekend. We are really shocked at the price considering that its 10,000 cheaper than the ones in our area which is why we're driving the distance and this is our first TT we have been tent camping until now but we have a 4 year old and a 3 month old baby so we figure its time to upgrade.
