Default tater tot casserole

Here a really easy recipe I use when I camp - it has your meat, potatoes and vegies all in one

1lb ground meat
can of cream of mushroom soup
bag of shredded cheddar cheese
can of corn
bag of tater tots

brown your meat before you go camping with a little garlic powder and pepper, cool, drain and put in tupperware container

when you are ready to make casserole - crumble meat in 13x9 pan

spoon can of mushroom soup on top and spread

drain can of corn and sprinkle on top

sprinkle with cheddar cheese

top with tater tots (I like to sprinkle paprika on the tots)

bake at 325 for 30 to 40 mins until tots are brown and wallah! dinner is done

Elaina,
I hope you are coming to the Appalachian Rally at Walnut Hills, Staunton VA and that you are planning to bring this casserole to the Saturday night potluck dinner.

When is the convention/meet in Staunton? Unfortunately we are so limited with time. I work as a full-time cardiac nurse for a very busy practice and George is working full time as a computer consultant. It sounds like sooooo much fun ---- also we have a chihuahua litter due in a couple of days. Life is on a standstill it seems. I want to go play in the TM WAH!!!!!!! Oh well, let us know - perhaps we can work the date out - thanks

Hope to see you there. Don't know if there are still sites available, the campground has a big holloween theme that weekend. Last I heard there will be 28-30 folks there. Just gave Tim at Chesapeake RV Solutions the same info last night. He is thinking about going.
