Default Refrigerator not working on AC

Anyone have the issue where their fridge doesn't work on AC power but does on propane? no fuses blown.

My fridge went warm this past weekend on 120VAC this weekend as well. It cooled right back down on propane mode.

I don’t have a definitive answer but I suspect the electric heater module might have gone bad. I hope to dig into it sooner than later.

Default The older 3-way fridge (Norcold) contained 3 independent heaters.

The propane gas burner, a 12 Volt DC electric coil heater at 1 ohm resistance), and a separate 120-VAC electric coil heater, built with higher-resistance.

Before power gets to the 120-VAC fridge heater coil, it goes through the thermostat and a preceding 3A fuse installed down low, near the terminal block.

The attached diagram is the service manual chart to use in finding the point of failure. Using a volt meter, start from the TM's 120-VAC fridge socket, and work you way into the fridge until you you have reached the heater coil leads.

(In the library, we have the maintenance manual for that Norcold refrigerator 'N300.3' from around 2010. Newer models and other brands are comparable.
