Smile More re battery monitors

I have been trying to get further info on how involved is it to install a battery monitor like The Clipper. On the instrumenent panel of my 2720 2009.5 it does indicate the battery level. Have folks found this gauge to be generally accurate?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

... here is a brief answer to your question about Battery Monitors.

Take a look at this thread:

I looked at the Clipper before settling on the TriMetric. They both are quite accurate and are of moderate difficulty to install. It's important to study the project well before attempting it. The links provided will get you to the installation manuals. After reading them, you will have a better idea of what you are in for. I installed mine in about four hours.

I find mine to be very useful.

Good Luck,

Jerry

Thanks. I went with a Clipper earlier this year and have found it to be very helpful-and the install was not as difficult as I thought it was going to be.
Worth the effort.
