TM Factory Relocation

Well this is interesting. I knew Old Elm Spring colony owned TM and had contracted Upland colony to build them… Hopefully this is a smooth transition to the new factory and new crew. But hey, no more dirt roads!

I'm a little confused about the address - 42041 268th St Parkston vs 2041 268th St. Parkston. I'm sure Paul will get it straightened out. And yay! No more dirt roads! Unfortunately, the new location is a little farther from the Lake Mitchell campground, which we really liked.

I wonder how many Upland Colony TM builders will be able to continue at the OES Colony location. I hope many, but I don't know how this whole Colony thing works.

Once it is done, someone remind me to change the Directions to the TM Factory post in the Tech Library.

The addresses have been updated. They're moving:

TO: Old Elm Springs (OES) Colony

Parkston SD

...about 35 miles/45 min away. (They have it listed as 45 miles southeast, which is presumably in error, as it is inconsistent with the 35 miles estimated by the Google Maps image they posted.) I don't see any estimation as to when the move is to occur.

One part of the announcement said they were going to 42021 268th St. Another part said they were going to 2021 268th St. I'm not sure which to print.

Ah yes, I see that now. Different street numbers in the text and in the Google maps graphic. I agree, best to wait for them to confirm, but via a quick search, I don't see that 2021 likely exists, and 42021 comes up for OES (Old Elm Springs) Industries, which is whom is cited as having bought the company. And there are some large warehouses surrounding that address, too.
