Update: Digital system working just fine, no issues with it. Added external booster fans, which help improve circulation on the outside of the fridge. For this trip: Added internal fans directing air across the cooling fins inside the fridge, and removed the drip tray. This should work significantly better than the little battery-powered fans to even out the cool air within the space of the unit, especially when it's packed full, like when we're starting a trip. I have a feeling the difference in digital and analog temps was mainly due to differing airflow in the different parts of the box, this last mod should fix that.

Arrow Thread is continued (without 'excess baggage')

Too many of the current posts talk about bad guesses, insufficient thermocouples (type K doesn't work, you need PT100), and various other 'excessive baggage'.

So, let's move over to here: http://www.trailmanorowners.com/foru...ad.php?t=13490

The first post is the LightObject list of parts, for both AC and DC operation. That's everything you need except bypass switches, wire, and maybe an AC Socket.
