Wavery- If the Bargman is not connected to the tow vehicle, the TM battery supplies 12V to that circuit. How do I know? Because I use a jumper wire from that terminal to each light terminal on the 7-pin connector to check the lights on a trailer. So you’re right, the break-away brake does get its power from the TM battery should the TM become separated from the TV.
