Default Hanging Cabinet Rivet nut or?

Hello all, I have a 2003 3124KS and we are planning on hanging a lighter weight cabinet on the wall. In the bathroom there was a cabinet that is no longer there. The silver hangers are there so I removed them thinking I could use those hangers for the wall. I found that the older TM have a t nut on top and regular Philips head screws for the bottom. TM no longer uses t nut and was told to use a rivet. It looks as if the t nut when tightend expanded to hold it into the wall. This is why I am thinking of a rivet nut, blind nut etc. If you have added cabinets to your TM what did you use.
