I would put 15 inch wheels on if I could get a tire with the same diameter as the 14 inch Marathons. I only have 1/4 inch clearance when the a/c passes under the garage door header.

If I deflate the tires to lower it, then I would have to store it in the garage with the street side tire deflated and the street side rear jack not in use. I doubt this would be good for the tire.

I have briefly thought about modifying the lift kit to lower it so that my total height would remain the same. So far I have not talked myself into that.

Anything that would decrease my ground clearance means I would not be able to get to my favorite campsite. I already drag the rear hitch receiver, even while using 2 bags of Lego blocks while crossing the dry creek bed.

If you drive 65 and above I would switch. Check tire specs. at Tire Rack and see what works for you. The Kuhmo's have worked for us and last year was over 8,000 miles.
