Default 18 hour support?

Does anyone know what the weight limit is on the Scissor jacks? OR any problem leaving the TM on them for an extended period of time?

I think mine are rated for 1,000 lbs each. I've had my TM up on them with both tires off, and connected to a TV for stability (and also with some tongue weight there). No problems.

The one's on our 2009 2720SL are 5,000# each. I recently replaced them with new 5K.

The issue with leaving the TM sitting on them with the wheels off the ground is the weight of the axle, tires & wheel could cause the frame to sag over time. There is

I would suggest, for long term storage, leaving the tires on the ground, put all 4, jacks down then a turn or 3 more (at most). If you want the tires off the ground, I'd suggest putting jack stands under the frame, just forward and aft of the axle then putting all 4- jacks down to support it level.

Well if Wayne's are rated for 5,000 lbs, I strongly suspect mine are rated for far more than 1,000 lbs. This was quite a few years ago, when the stickers were still on the jacks, and I remember being comfortable for the weight capacity. I had up like that with both wheels off for maybe ~6 hours.

Anyone know how to find out what their ratings are?

On a 16-year-old trailer. those jacks could have been replaced any number of times with, God knows what.

When I was researching them, I found that they range from 2500# to 7500# per jack. I selected the 5K# (20K for 4) more for fitment than rating.

I really like the ones that have the 3/4" drive nut. Mine even came with 2, 3/4" sockets that fit in a drill which makes it super EZ to raise & lower.

Mine are the ones with a Pipe with a 3/8" hole in the side. A 1/4" Allen wrench in the chuck of my drill does the job... A little too much vibration for the DW but it gets the job done. If I upgrade it'll be to ones with a hex nut for sure.
