Default bathroom walls out of alignment

bathroom walls do not seem to fit well together/are not plumb. upper wall wall sticks out a bit, such that I have "spiritedly" close the door to get the latch to catch. How can I adjust this?

I just noticed the same problem - what I realized is the hinges on the door are damaged, so they don't close perfectly, and cause the door to be off. I'm going to replace my hinges and hope that fixes the problem. Now, to figure out where to get the hinges

Might be the wall hinge, tends to pull away from the wood, that then can put door out of wack
