Norcold Fridge not cooling on gas

Our fridge is not cooling on Gas. the pilot light stay on but it is not cooling. My wife noticed a faint smell of gas out side the camper by the fridge. The cooling fins on the fridge were slightly warm, but not hot.. Could this be the burner. How big a pain it replace? Any help would be welcome.

Does the refrigerator work on shore power? If so, that rules out an issue with the refrigerant. I have changed out my propane burner and although it is tight quarters and slow going, it did solve my refrigerator operation on propane issue. Prior to the change out, I ruled out all other possible electrical (as in microvolt) issues, replacing a few of those parts as well. PM me when you get a chance.
