Default What is this?

I have a new to me 2720 and have everything torn out of the trailer at a campground and was getting everything hooked up and working.
The trailer was fully loaded with tons of accessories. I found this in the poo bumper with all the hoses, ramps and random extra thingymabobs.

No idea what this is. Any ideas?

It looks like the handle used with a blue boy (RV portable waste tank). The handle is placed on/through the front handle of the blue boy, the ring is slung over the tow vehicle draw bar. You can then, very carefully, drive the blue boy to the campground dump station, dump it, and tow it back to your site.

The nonsense of towing 25 gallons of poo across a campground. We don’t normally stay at places with smooth paved asphalt.

I’ve left skid marks here and there in my past, but I’m not going to leave a skid mark 3/4 of the way around a campground….I probably wouldn’t be welcomed back.

I have had and used a Thetford smart tote for about 10 years. They come in very handy (if not cumbersome) when boon-docking. I will be upgrading the plastic tires to solid rubber for a trip to Yellowstone in May. The dump station is almost a mile from our campsite.

A mile? Some people have no sense of adventure.

Oh I expect an adventure when I roll that sucker down hill to the Marina dump station! I just don't think the plastic tires will hold out and the Bridge Bay Camp ground road very well!

I may do what I have done before and that is have the DW help me hoist it into the bed of the TV. (She really enjoys that part! NOT!)
