Default Front Shell "curve"

So if I put a long level (4 ft or longer but I think its 4ft.) on the ceiling how much of a gap between the level and the ceiling (measurement) should there be at the center seam? My ceiling is not necessarily sagging but it seams pretty flat there is not a huge gap.

I think the spec is 1-1/2” crown. It’s not a whole lot. But it is clearly visible.
