I was tought with past RV's to always turn on the propane, then turn on the stove burner, (1) and after a few minutes the air will purge and the stove burner will light, this is a manual lighting so you just have to keep trying. I can usually hear the propane flowing when the line has purged. This is usually the highest point in the propane plumbing and once it is purged and ignited all other appliances will light easier.
It has always worked for me but it's never quick the first time after the tanks have been shut off.
Also spyders love the propane ignition area of our appliances, I have not tried to get to that area on my TM but in the past it was a popular spot at the water heater.
