Does the factory sell parts?

Does the factory sell parts (do they have a catelog), or do I go to the authorized dealer in my area? Being a member of Trailblazers, do I get a discount and if yes, how to I get it? I would like to upgrade my water heater from a gas unit to a gas/elec unit, anyone make that change? Can that change be made on a 2001 3023 TM. As usual, thanks to everyone who took the time to reply,

I've bought parts direct from the factory. Most recently a fender skirt. Called the Service Dept.

yes they sell parts. No catalog that I know of. Generally they will send a part and bill you if it's under a certain amount. Otherwise, you must send a check first. They do not take credit cards. Pretty much everything I have ever ordered has had around a $10.00 shipping fee.

I've read somewhere that the gas-only water heater can be converted by putting an electrode where the existing drain plug is. Might be worth checking out.
