Does anyone put the trailer on blocks during storage to take the weight off the axle?

Do you mean use jacks to lift, then lower down on blocks set under the frame to keep the weight off the tires/wheels/axle(s)?

Not so much the suspension as to prevent flatspotting the tires. Best to remove the tires entirely and store inside. Prevents the trailer from wandering off by itself also.

If you do block up a TM, use more points than just the four corners. I recall an older post where an owner found frame flexing when only supported on the corners.

Just a reminder, never jack the trailer under the axles, it can bend them.

If tires are properly inflated and not brittle any "flat spot" would roll out in about 2 miles.

If tires are old/brittle and under inflated - replace the tires.

Excellent advice. That is why they are "stab' jacks (stabilizer).
