Default Torsion bar adjustments

For my own knowledge, I have done a lot of work with torsion bars and pocket stops, and Bill tells me that I have become our resident expert in those arcane areas. He asked me to do a write-up on some of the stuff I have found, and methods I have developed, so here it is.
