I have not removed the old bag seal yet, but if I need to replace the foam, which more than likely will do anyway, I was going to use a open cell foam

Possibly from this place : http://www.foambymail.com/HDR_1/hd36-regular-foam.html

Really nice job, Craigrrr. It's great to have this information available for the time I might have to do the same.

Looks good, in photo two I see a crack in the A/C cover you might want to stop drill so it doesn't get longer.

I really need a new shroud, this one is really in bad shape. I will drill a hole at the end so it does not grow.

Craig
Thanks for the information and photos. Can you explain how you removed the old seals? Also, I work on a cattle ranch and recently had to order new shade covers for a couple of cattle trailers. The material looks just like the seal material and is water proof and uv protected. These are custom made to fit the different trailers so these companies may be a good source of material. Since the widths are much wider than our TM, you would not have to splice the material to get the proper length.
