What are my BTUs for the heater and A/C?

Hi, I was asked the title question. I have a 2004 2720SL.
The A/C is a roof-top type. When I recently replaced the filters, the dealer said it was a coleman. My manual says RVP a div of airxcel, 9000 series. I saw a 10,000 number on the forum but did not know what unit or TM it was addressing.

For the heater, I saw 16,000 but also did not see what unit or TM model/year.

I looked in my manuals and also tried to look on unit labels, but could not find this info.
