FWIW! I was able to find the Anode & Heating Element at NAPA Auto Parts!

I found mine at ACE Hardware. Check your local TrueValue or ACE and they will more than likely have them.

I am not finding anything online for "anode 232967" or "heater 232967". What am I needing please ?

Check the anode part number - it should be 232767

A quick search brought up the correct replacement part.

And the heater element please ? Suspect I need both. Saturday I had plenty of hot water (after cleaning gravel from the faucets) but Sunday I had just a small amount of tepid. Heater indicator light was on.

Is it this ?

Yes, that is the correct heater element.

Were you running the water heater off electric or propane or both? I ask because my unit does not have a light when it is running on electric? It only has a light when the propane is on.

The electric heating element is PN 520789 with gasket. They are between $9 to 14 on amazon.
