I'm assuming you're not talking about the water heater now? Do you have a problem or just asking for general info? I would suggest you remove the access cover to look at the decal on the heater? While there you can check the wiring and connections, if you're having an issue with it.

I am refurbishing my unit on the weekends and it is parked remotely. Since I was servicing my hot water heater I figured I would do the same for the heater. I figured someone on the board knows what brand it is so I can look up the specs and see what maintenance is required. I generally rarely use it but I also NEVER touched it to clean it or anything. So I think it's time.
Trailer Life website search for TrailManor shows several years of TM's. Some are 20,000 BTU others 16,000 BTU heaters. Looking at the Suburban website the brochure covers both for maintenance, I didn't see a repair manual.
Just because I am a weirdo...
They are NOT heaters... They are Furnaces.
They are NOT Hot water heaters (Hot water doesn't need to be heated) They are simply water heaters.
I used to chide my fellow RV salesmen , about this very thing.
End of rant!

Mike, yer NOT a weirdo, yer correct. In working as a mechanic for 28+ years, being articulate and specific in wording is important. People; mainly me; get complacent. Clarification helps.
