As soon as they announce a date for their Spring tune-up special, I plan on making an appointment with Custom RV, at their new location in Ontario, Ca. My 2720 is coming on seven years old now and has never had one and I'm noticing she doesn't open as easily as she used to, no matter how level I make her.
(coarse I'm older too)

Waiting for the factory to offer their special. I think they start in the spring. Went to the factory last year to have lift kit installed and should have done it then. I did not really have the time, but in June, we plan on being on I75 and will stop and spend a night in the motel while they do it. I am certain it will help. I removed the awning since the previous owner bent it really bad when making a turn into a tree. It opens crooked.
BTW, the factory could not have been any nicer. Really great people. Currently on the road for 4 months and am 2 months in the trip. Setting in Acton, California at the moment.

So do you just show up at the factory or do you have to schedule it.
Where are the locations?

Does anyone know if The Car Show in CO Spgs. does a good job on the torsion bar tune ups? They're only 6-7 hr away from me, but the factory is a couple of days away.

I would schedule it. Last year Ed. has us penciled in. Just let them know if you need to change it. They could not have been nicer. Great people to work with. They put a lift kit on mine and this year I will have them do the tuneup.

Did Mine 2 yrs ago on trip back east. Ed and staff were great! Tune up take about half a day. Dropped our 2619 off in morning, went to Oakridge did the Secret City Museum. Back by 3:00 and on down the road. For details scroll down to bottom of page for similar themes of previous post. Good Luck!
