I think my TM manual said I can level with the jacks, 2 of my travel trailer I could level with the jacks. I have never done it with the jacks, it's to much work. We just use blocks for side-to-side and the tongue jack forward aft. Then firmly put down the jacks. We're normally level within 1 minute with blocks.

I agree with the plastic lago type blocks. They are great. You can do the same thing with 2x6 but you need many different lengths and they are heavy.
