First thing I would do is check to make sure the compression fittings at the trap are tight (and not too tight). Possibly replace the plastic compression ring(s).

Had the same problem with my at that time brand new TM and the dealer 400 miles away. Fixed the problem myself but it takes some doing. You have to be a contortionist to reach the hot and cold water line nuts that connect the lines to the tap. I first tried it by hand but could not get them tight enough. Eventually used a small set of water pump pliers ( adjustable pliers ) got them tight enough to stop the leak. This was after a few scrapes on my hands and holding my mouth just the right way. A small mirror is also required as you cannot see the nuts, even while lying on your back. Have fun as it is doable.

I have a faucet wrench like the one shown in the link below that I picked up at a garage sale for a buck. I have used it a few times in the house and they work great. I don’t know it is will fit under the bathroom sink but would make things much easier if it will. It flips over for removal and install. You should be able to pick one up at any hardware store.

Have one of those wrenches and tried to get it onto the compression nuts. No such luck as there is very little room up in the cabinet under the sink. Have a go and I wish you luck.

I have not looked myself, but you might get better access to the faucet by folding down the bathroom walls and sticking your hand in between the forward most folding wall and the KITCHEN sink. Folding down that wall basically opens up the top of the bathroom cabinet and you might be able to get access to the bathroom sink.

After connecting the city water back up,I think the faucet itself must have been previously frozen and cracked as I see water comes out from under the handles then runs down under into the cabinet. SO I will remove faucet and replace, unless there is a cartridge that might be leaking, but I will chk that for that too. Maybe that would be replaceable, but then it is a plastic faucet how much could they cost ?

Got the faucet out, to my surprise it is a brass faucet inside the housing... hooked faucet up to a water supply, faucet is good, fittings seemed tight, but I will re-install the faucet and chk, the only thing that was loose was the aerator screen, where the water comes out....hmmm, I did not chk that first as I really never thought about it spraying up into the housing, but after having the faucet off, I can see how that could appear as a cartridge leaking and running down to the bottom. cause it only leaked when you turn on the faucet, not just being hooked up to water but actually running the water . If that makes any sense.

Leak fixed, and no parts needed , just some teflon tape and plumbers putty.
I would never had believed it, that the loose aerator would make it do that...It was spraying up into the housing then pooling on the counter and running down through the mounting holes. I also found no plumbers putty under the faucet. So I added that so now if any water splashes out of the sink, I know it will not run down into the cabinet by ways of the mounting holes.
All fixed and running sink again. Looks as it has been doing that awhile.
