Terlit question.......

I was just curious, it says to charge the system with about 3 gallons, but a lot of people say they just add enough to where it'll start to flush. I've got an old one that does not have the gauge on the top, instead, mine's got a gauge right on the front, it goes a little ways up to a "C"......and on up to "F" which I'm gathering means "charge", and "full".......but it doesn't seem like I'm putting three gallons in it to charge it.....any thoughts on this?    ???

My sense is, if you just keep putting in water from the shower, and every once in awhile press the flush button, when it starts to flush consistently, its charged enough.  On mine, that takes it just to the bottom of the "C" on the gauge.  It probably isn't a full three gallons, but that also means I may get a few more uses our of the toilet as a result.
