Default Can you shim the bed?

Is it possible to raise the head (the part furthest from the tongue) on a 3124KB? My wife complains that the head of the bed is down.

Next time I go camping I plan to take a really good level and get the trailer *perfectly* level first. Then I thought I would check the level of the bed from underneath and perhaps raise the head a few degrees.

I would like the head of the bed to be up just a bit, not perfectly level.

There are some bolts there that are part of the supports. Perhaps some washers inserted there?

If anyone has done this any information would be appreciated.

What about just lowering the front jack a bit?

That would work but it would throw the level off on the rest of the trailer. I would like to get the frig as level as possible and then have the head of the bed be up just a bit.

Rather than lift the whole bed platform, which presents a number of problems, why not just put something under the top 1/3 of the mattress to lift it slightly. Then you wouldn't have to worry about drafts created by lifting the bed platform.

Or you could get a new wife.

Perhaps a wedge of foam would do the trick. We have a company here that stocks a lot of foam pads in all shapes and sizes and they have ordered special shapes for me.

Why not just sleep the other way? (flip flop so your feet are pointing down hill )
