Question Draining hot water heater no 4th petcock

No longer a quest! We finally bought our TM: a 2015 2720 QS. I have a question about draining the water heater. Our TM has only 3 petcocks not 4. Is this a design change? Or a mistake in manufacturing? Is there a new plumbing schematic for our model? How do we drain the hot water heater when we are traveling?
Thanks so much for all the advice here. We are constantly looking here for answers to our questions.

We've heard of this a few times before. I think it was a short-lived design change, but not a manufacturing error. I think the factory combined two of the outlets for a while, then went back to the original arrangement. I have no idea why they did this.

The easiest thing to do is fill the water system, being sure the water heater is filled. Shut off the source, then open the drains and let them run until they stop. Now is the water heater empty? If so, you have your answer. If not, come on back to us.
