Default bent slide bolt

My dinette slide doesn't come out straight and easily. I have heard about wheels underneath that sometimes need replacement or fixing, but I also have a slide bolt that seems loose:

The bolt on the other side is completely vertical
Anyone had to fix this before?

It looks like the tubing is bent down too

You're right, the tube frame is bent. Something pretty drastic must have happened to bend that. There is a cylindrical tube welded to the top of the tube frame. The weld to the cylindrical tube is cracked too. I may be able to remove this piece along with the tube framed and take it to a welder to repair. For now, it seems to just affect the ease at which the slide dinette comes out. It tends to go sideways on me.

Thanks. shipping a part that heavy would probably be quite expensive. Sonja from Trailmanor told me I can safely straighten it out and get a new bolt from a hardware store, so that's the route I'll go. Thanks for the offer anyway.

Say, I'm not sure if any of you can tell, but there's no nut on the bottom of that slide bolt. Is there supposed to be one?
