Size of queen bed

My husband and I have been looking online at different TM in hopes of finding one to buy. He is over 6'3" in height. Can anyone tell me the dimensions of the queen size mattress? I just want to make sure he fits without his feet hitting the walls. This will give me an idea of what size TM we should look for. I know the 24' (closed) is too large for our garage, but the 20' and 22' will fit. However, I haven't been able to find a 22' for sale that is within our price range. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

My TM is closed and in storage, but I can tell you that standard queen-size fitted sheets fit correctly.
