Looks like they took the axle off the Sport-Deck model and then bolted it to the truck chasis....what's next....a house boat?

The innovative top raises and lowers via torsion bar springs, but production models will use an electric or hydraulic system

See the steps...I tried to figure our how to install leading up to the bed.
It is a cool looking rig...but the price is steep!
We saw a 2013 2720 Sl on line today with the electric slide out...it was over 36K.
But it did have the elevated sink.

I declare him the winner in the tire upgrade department. I just hope he was able to upgrade the 20 gal tank.

There's some discussion here:
http://www.expeditionportal.com/foru...rtsmobile-Fuso
Post #16 is from a guy at Sportsmobile West who said they worked with Scott at Trailmanor (I'm guessing Scott from CustomRV who has been responsible for a lot of cool mod's including the swing hitch...and his father is now the owner of TM).
Post #21 has a picture of it closed.
Some of the "Expedition" people apparently don't think TM's are cool...so I guess I won't post a link to the "taking a TM off-road" thread talking about dust, etc on their forum

Not to mention that you could navigate easily under low bridges that block other boats!

There was some discussion about a TM houseboat a long, long time ago:
http://www.trailmanorowners.com/foru...ntoon+pontoons
Interesting how many different kinds of RV's there are out there for different camping styles.
