My vote recommendation is to replace it SOONER,
at your convenience, when the weather is dry.
NOT after you've "detected" caulk failure (via wallpaper failure, bad smells, electrical short...) or some other problem. Nearly ALL of these problems are a slower, messier repair than tearing out the cheap caulk and re-doing it with something built for long-term use in conditions of RV vibration, bad weather, freeway speed winds, and UV exposure.
