Re:Another toilet question
Well, the chemicals used in the toilet are to designed control odor and kill bacteria. But apparently they are not as efficient at breaking loose the stuff (to be polite) put into the toilet. The detergent will soften the stuff stuck to the walls where you can't reach it. I have noticed that sometimes I have to manually clean up the stuff stuck in the bowl, just like home. So I wonder what's happening under the bowl. That's my take on it. Haven't tried it, but glad you mentioned it.
According to the Thetford website:
"Aqua-Kem is the most trusted name in holding tank deodorants. It:
Is the world's most popular deodorant.
Supplies the most powerful odor control available today.
Liquefies waste and prevents clogging.
Works around the clock.
Works in all weather conditions, hot and cold.
Helps clean the holding tank walls and drain lines.
Is environmentally safe when disposed of properly. "
