The schematic is cut off so I can't see that it goes to the ref. here. What I was asking is if the power switch should be going directly to the battery instead? Seems a bit convoluted the way its wired from factory. Unless I am not thinking of some reason why it should NOT be? I was also asking for confirmation if others agree and seems jagizzy does. Seems that a critical piece of equipment like this should be minimized in other failure points.
