MariaG is a wonderful source. In addition, check out the Wayback Machine on the Internet (Google it) for some archived content from the factory, at Trailmanor.com. Finally, almost 10 years ago we had some really good restoration information from a member who signed in as Happy Trails. Not the same as our current member HappyTrails. He had an entire web site up, and it is now gone, but one of our members spent some time recapturing whatever he could. Along with many other useful things, the result of his effort is in the TM Tech Library, aka TM Info You Won't Find Anywhere Else.

As for an owner's manual - you may be able to get it from a member here, but if you can't, and if it isn't found on the Wayback Machine, I have no ideas.

I think (but others may have better ideas) that an M23 is roughly the same as the current 2619, or the earlier 2518. But there was a recent discussion of this, and a Search may turn it up. Try it.
