I used a Sawzall with a fine tooth hacksaw blade to cut the welds.

Here is a pic of what the kit looks like if you want to make your own. The 5/8 holes are a little off center. The other pic are the directions I used.

i used a wire feed welder to tack the tube to the frame and the axle to the tube.
