Larry,
The issues, to your point, are similar to other Trailmanors. The roof caulk looks original and I can see where there were leaks towards the back of the camper on the RH side. The turn signal on that side doesn't work and seems to have gotten water in it.
There were several other maintenance issues that were concerning and after thinking about it and looking at the layout, we're probably not going to get it.
