Mine never worked when I got it, and it was disgusting, so I ripped it out and threw it in the trash can with extreme prejudice. Patched the whole in the floor with a combination of stainless steel sheet metal and underlayment wood patch goop from Home Depot, then covered it with laminate flooring, and attached a Thetford Porta PottiŽ 565E. The 565E is great but the mounting plate can be hard to find.
