I just have 230ah of LiFeP04 @ 12V (2,760wh) and 200w of solar. I can run anything but the A/C in the TrailManor. When we aren't camping, I'm going to plug our 2 house fridges into the TrailManor. No sense in letting all that power sit idle.

I have 4000 watts of panels on the house now with 640ah lifepo4s at 48v for a 30kwh pack. It runs all my 110v needs on a sunny day. I run Ac, hot water, lights, fridge, freezer when sunny or a pellet stove in winter plus some lights and the fridge for a few days if the power goes out.
