I'd be glad to build the thread and "stick" it, if you can identify the contributing posts. We would probably put it in the "Prospective Owner's Forum" - does that sound right to you?
Of course if you are really feeling ambitious, it might be worthwhile to condense all the answers into one - kind of like the checklists that are in the library. PM me if you want to take this on.
