Your 'caulked' the new box against the upper shell all the way around 3m #4200 boat sealant or equivalent, I assume), and the black rubber weather seal underneath the cover of the new box is present, sealed tight, and and undamaged.

If the Romex pigtail ends within the box don't break off from, wear and tear in the future, this should last indefinitely. NICE JOB.
