I had completely forgotten about the RISE. It was one of two new designs done by Trailmanor during the short time that the factory was in Nebraska. The other new design was a slide-in pickup truck camper, also called the RISE. Both of these had a hydraulic mechanism to raise the roof - hence the name RISE. Neither ever graduated to a unique name of its own.

For those interested, you can see the RISE trailer here

The pickup camper can be seen here

I would imagine - but I don't know - that Trailmanor used an easily-available hydraulic mechanism on both, just as they are now using a commonly available mechanism for the electric slide on current campers. A bigger issue, as Shane mentions, might be things like custom-built brackets and mounting mechanisms, as well as potentially bigger items like running gear.

If I were you, I would make contact with Bob Eickhoff at today's South Dakota Trailmanor factory. He was running the Nebraska outfit at the time, and both of these new and promising designs came to fruition under his management. I believe his email is [email protected]. If not, you can certainly reach him through [email protected].

Make no mistake. The current Trailmanor company will not offer support or service for either of the RISE models. However, there might be a lot of commonality with some parts. Bob will know.
