The other mod I did was remove the towel bar. I filled the holes with some tub caulk, and now use the 3M towel bar for my wash cloth. It sits below the walls when they're folded down. I love using the 3M command hooks. They are the easiest to put up and remove when needed. I use the small hooks on my ceiling if I need to run a cord; like a USB charging cord.
When I boon dock without power, I hang my Goal Zero lights from the ceiling and can get the four lamps in the areas that I need by hooking the cord on those ceiling lights. You can also hook those battery powered twinkle lights. It keeps the cords out of the way, but gives you enough light without draining your rig power. I do use the ceiling lights when I need to, but I don't have to worry that I'm draining my batteries too quickly.
