I'm a fan of folding the trailer for storage. It's easier to cover, a smaller target for falling branches, and probably more weather tight folded, too.

I would tow a TM with a Sienna, but I would also plan to travel light and weigh in order to keep an eye on the axle weight limits. A weight distributing hitch is mandatory, of course.
