It might be just me, but one thing you should consider about the Trailmanor is that they're not quite so robust as some rigid trailers. Some of this is to keep the weight down. Some of the cabinets are masonite with woodgrain vinyl applied. A lot of wood molding, weatherstripping, etc., is attached using staples. There are large vinyl pieces and moving parts you would not have on a rigid camper.

Mine was purchased as salvage with hail damage which the insurer wrote off, as my first RV and the one I'd make mistakes on inexpensively. So maybe I should not complain. But it has been surprising just how much I have had to fix.
