Sorry, I might have explained it wrong and not torsion bar, yes its the rectangular white lift bars. When folded down I need to zip tie cords to that. I'm only asking because the sales guy did it for us, and it just seemed strange to zip tie the cords and told us to "remember to cut tie before you open it" I tried to take a picture and post, but I think I need to be site sponser to post that, its not letting me. Besides I need to do that anyway, I have gotten great info from everyone!!!
